why fly?

Conduct business 500 miles away ...
and be home in time for dinner.

Business travel these days can be a nightmare whether you drive or fly commercially. Even a three-hour business meeting in a city only 500 miles away can easily be an all-day ordeal and keep you away from home overnight.

Flying a personal aircraft can be a TIMESAVER compared to the airlines in many ways:
LEAVE ON YOUR OWN SCHEDULE In contrast to airlines, which may only serve a destination a few times a day, your airplane departs on YOUR schedule.
DEPART FROM LOCAL, SMALLER AIRPORTS Commercial airlines serve only the 500 largest airports. With your own airplane, you can use more than 5,000 public airports in the United States – and many private ones, too.
SPEND LESS TIME AT THE AIRPORT With a private airplane, you pull your car up right next to the airplane, throw your bags into it, conduct a 5-10 minute preflight, start the engine and taxi for departure. Contrast that to the 2-3 hours you lose at commercial airports, not to mention the inconvenience of parking, taking a bus to the terminal, standing in line to check in, standing in line again to pass security, and then waiting at the gate until your airplane is ready to board.

Flying can also be much faster than driving for many trips:
FASTER CRUISE SPEED Modern aircraft travel at 200 mph or more in a direct route - vs. 65 mph for cars on highways ... without traffic!
GOING DIRECT Distances are shorter via air. For example, Denver to San Francisco is a 1,270 mile drive but one-third less by air - a 935 mile flight.
